Brass casting maker "Futagami" established in Toyama and Takaoka in 1897 has launched the livingware brand "FUTAGAMI".
The Japanese Nabe rug from the brand is designed by Masanori Oji who design "Magewa series". First he has created a crescent moon bottle cap opener from the texture and expression. Later he has created "Star", "Moon", "Sun" rugs from the same image.
The surface oxidizes gradually when using, and brass is changed into a peculiar, slow color. Enjoy the change of the color as a tool for daily use. The rug has a presence putting on the table as well.
