Hot:
Place tea leaves into a warmed pot, and add freshly boiled water. Close the lid and let seep for 5 minutes. When the tea turns the yellow color of the lemongrass it is ready to enjoy.
Iced:
Make hot tea twice the strength as normal, pour into a glass filled with ice, and enjoy.
● Kamairi Tea (3g per person)
：First Infusion
Place the tea leaves into the teapot. Pour well boiled water into a teacup, and after allowing to sit for 2 minutes pour the hot water into the teapot. Steep for 40-50 seconds. Enjoy this tea to the last drop.
：Second and Further Infusions
The components in the tea leaves have become easy to release. Pour in hot water at a higher temperature than the first infusion, let steep for 20 seconds and enjoy.
