Lemongrass × Jasmine Flowers/800 for eats |

We added jasmine flower buds to roasted lemongrass stalks for this fine tea. It’s refined and fragrant flavor is very refreshing. This tea goes especially well with ethnic cuisine, and can be enjoyed either hot or cold.
(Preparation)
● 6-Variety Kumicha (1 Teabag (2g) per person）
Place one tea bag into a warmed cup and add hot water. Cover and steep for 3 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
What is “800 for eats”?
800 for eats is a project that makes food products in cooperation with local production areas. In the past, vegetable dealers would sell vegetables made by the shop owner, and while listening to the requests of the customers would put together an assortment of other items to cook together with the vegetables, such as nuts and seaweeds. 800 for eats focuses on making original foods that use Japanese ingredients and traditional culinary methods.
